At Flow Fitness, we offer many, fun workshops that can help you increase your flex or try other skills on the pole, such us Hips & Heels, Flexibility, or Doubles workshops. Workshop: Flexibility

Join our additional flex workshops if you’re looking to finally get into the splits, perfect that back bend, or if you’re simply in the mood for a good stretch. This workshop is held regularly by our super flexible instructor Kasia.
