Due to Covid-19 we strongly advise our students to bring their own face masks, hand sanitizers, water bottles, towels, additional pole cloths, and yoga mats. Please do not share these to avoid contamination.

Currently we offer a variety of classes that are focused on fitness, strength & conditioning, and flexibility. We offer classes in pole fitness, pilates, park fit, personal training, private training, workshops for heels, flexibility, and hen parties.

Our classes are taught in a safe, friendly, and professional environment to people of all genders, race, religion, etc. Our only requirement is that you are 18+ years.

Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a full body workout aimed at improving your cardio, strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Taught by our qualified instructors, you will be guided through the fitness basics of warm ups, starter moves, and cool downs. As you gradually progress, your strength and flexibility will increase, which means you will start learning more advanced moves on the pole and face a new challenge every class. No muscle will escape this workout!

At Flow Fitness, one pole fitness course runs over a period of 8 weeks. Each class consists of a 1 hour session, once a week.

It’s possible to attend more classes per week, if you wish to do so.


Pilates is a low-impact workout. But do not underestimate it, as it is designed to increase muscular strength and tone, particularly the core area. We will focus not just on strength building, but also stamina by learning how to control our muscles and our movements. In the long run, pilates will also improve flexibility and posture. This is especially helpful if you’re stuck to an office chair for the biggest part of your day.

These classes are open to everyone, including postnatal students. Just let our instructor know that you are postnatal and if you have any special areas/concerns to look out for.

Currently, we unfortunately do not have enough students to start a separate postnatal pilates course. However, this may change in the future when we do get enough applicants. Keep an eye on our Facebook page!

Park Fit

Fancy an intense workout session outdoors? Then join our Park Fit course!

Our classes are held in parks, from 2-3 times a week. Each class takes 45 minutes. It doesn’t matter what your goals are. Whether it’s to lose weight, improve your cardio, or tone up. All fitness levels are welcome!

Workshop: Flexibility

Join our additional flex workshops if you’re looking to finally get into the splits, perfect that back bend, or if you’re simply in the mood for a good stretch. This workshop is held regularly by our super flexible instructor Kasia.

Workshop: Heels

Sharon’s heels workshop is great if you’d like to learn to strut your stuff and unleash your inner goddess on the pole. Bring your heels and whatever you feel sexiest in, and join us!

Hen/Birthday parties and events

Have you been appointed as the events organizer at work or are you in charge of organizing a party, and are you looking for something fun to do? Or are you simply looking to do something different on a fun girls/guys night? Then try a pole session with us!

You will be accompanied by one of our qualified instructors as we show you the basic ropes of pole and teach you some choreography to go along with it.

Personal/Private training

If you are more comfortable in a private setting or simply just would like to personalize your training sessions, let us know. All of our instructors currently offer private and personal training where we can design a personal exercise routine and diet plan.

Online classes

Due to the Covid-19 situation, we now also offer online classes for pole strength and pilates. This way you will not miss out on exercise if you are stuck at home, whether this is caused by a pandemic or any other reason. Our online classes are regularly updated and subject to change.
