Are you looking to join us for one our sessions, but you’re unsure what dates suit you? We currently offer a variety of classes in three different locations.

Our complete, current offer of classes are currently set as below, but please keep an eye on our website and Facebook page, as we continue togrow. If you have any questions or would like to try a class, feel free to reach out to us via email or our Facebook page.

Our Parkfit courses only take place during spring/summer time, from April – September. Please contact us via email or our Facebook page to secure your place.

For Personal and Private training sessions, and any upcoming Workshops, please keep an eye out on our Facebook page.

With regards to our online classes, these are subject to change. We recommend for you to follow our Facebook page to stay updated!

We do not take direct bookings for Yoga With Mercedes. If you wish to join her class, please contact her directly via: +353 (0)86 170 3099.

Due to Covid-19 we now recommend all of our students to bring their own yoga mats, along with towels, additional cloths for pole/to clean your mats, face masks, hand sanitizers, and water bottles. We currently adhere to social distancing and kindly ask you to not share any of the above items with your classmates to avoid contamination. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to your instructor.
