Time to get your flex on with Sarah, one of our most flexible instructors.

Our flexibility training helps you focus on getting closer to your flexibility goals. Whether you’re looking to do the front splits, box splits, backbends, or simply just improve your mobility or unwind your brain – we can help with that. Our qualified instructor will provide you with guided exercises that give you the stretch you need. Bear in mind that we will look after you based on your personal abilities, as we do not recommend to push past what your body is able to do in that moment.
