Private/Personal training

All of our instructors offer the possibility for private or personal training sessions, upon request.

Personal and private training sessions allows for both you and the trainer to focus exclusively on your training regime, be it your exercise and/or dietary requirements.

 

When sending us your request, please make sure to clarify your goals, dietary restrictions (if any), and your availability. The available instructor will then get in touch with you themselves to discuss further details.

 

Note: all of our instructors are certified professionals who are able to assist you with exercise routines and provide professional advice on dietary changes. Please bear in mind that results also depend on personal attendance and regular upkeep of provided schedule.
