Pole fitness

Pole fitness is a full body workout aimed at improving your cardio, strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Taught by our qualified instructors, you will be guided through the fitness basics of warm ups, starter moves, and cool downs. As you gradually progress, your strength and flexibility will increase, which means you will start learning more advanced moves on the pole and face a new challenge every class. Abs, legs, butt, arms, shoulders… No muscle will escape this workout!

 

At Flow Fitness, one pole fitness course runs over a period of 8 weeks. Each class consists of a 1 hour session, once a week. We also offer packages for if you wish to attend multiple classes a week. For more information on classes and scheduling, please check our Schedule and Pricing page.
