Pole fitness is a full body workout aimed at improving your cardio, strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Taught by our qualified instructors, you will be guided through the fitness basics of warm ups, starter moves, and cool downs. As you gradually progress, your strength and flexibility will increase, which means you will start learning more advanced moves on the pole and face a new challenge every class. Abs, legs, butt, arms, shoulders… No muscle will escape this workout!
At Flow Fitness, our pole fitness courses runs over a period of 8 weeks. Each class consists of a 1 hour session, held once a week. We also offer packages for if you wish to attend multiple classes per week. For more information on classes and scheduling, please check our Schedule and Pricing page.
Spinning Pole Courses
If you’re interested in spins, smooth transitions and flowy movements around the pole, this course is for you! Once you have completed Pole Fitness beginners, you may progress to these 8 weeks courses. Classes will take you from a complete spin-beginner to feeling like a prima-ballerina on the pole. Classes will build strength, co-ordination, stamina and confidence!
