Fancy an intense workout session outdoors? Then join our Park Fit course!
Our classes are held in Killiney Hill near Dalkey Avenue, 2-3 times a week. Each class takes 45 minutes. It doesn’t matter what your goals are, whether it’s to lose weight, improve your cardio, or tone up.
